WTH ? !!!

Here's a new one for ya.....I just don't get some people ! My kids would never be allowed with this clown again ...even if he is the father !

Happy Thanksgiving !

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving! Take a moment to think about all you have and those out there that don't have all that we do. Please think of the people far away with the military that are not able to spend the day relaxing and having a pleasant meal with loved ones.

Please remember to not drink and drive let someone else drive home or stay where you are at for the night.

We are going to his mother's and then coming home ,because I still have lots and lots of boxes to unpack and while he's off work ...he can watch the kids so I can maybe get some stuff done without having to stop every two minutes!

We Are Here !

It was so great to get out of that old house and into this new one. I have boxes everywhere and will be unpacking all day everyday for the next few weeks. We need to paint a few rooms and all the closets ,because I noticed after we moved in that they are all white....I so do not like when people do that ....when you are painting a room you paint the closet walls the same so it all matches and looks nice. You do not have wood trim and beige walls in the house and then all the closets have white walls and white trim ...to me it looks cheap and weird and breaks up the room. When it all matches and you have a door open it all just flows better without having this bold white hole in the room,but whatever.

The hall and office and a wall in the living room are shade of yellow,so we are painting them to match everything else. I had them paint two bedrooms and all the baths ,but didn't remember that these didn't match . Least now the rooms we are putting the babies in are a nice clean color to work with so I can decorate however I want,before they were really dark blue in one and the other one was pink,beige,green.

The baths were blue and one was green,but now they are all the same as the rest of the rooms. They have the kitchen in a really dark loud yellow and I think I might leave it yellow,because it actually looks good......just change it a couple shades so it's not so bold looking .

My phone should have been hooked up Saturday,but it still isn't so maybe sometime today . So other then lots of driving and packing and unpacking ,that's about as exciting as my weekend was. What did you do this weekend ?

Moving Day !

Today is the day that we are packing up this house and getting out of this town ! I'm so happy about moving and stressed and crazy and tired. The men will be here to pack things up anytime now,so I thought I would take this last chance I have to use my computer ...cause you know that is way more important then let's say packing ! haha

Other then all the paperwork and buying and selling of the houses ,not having my computer has been the thing that stresses me out the most ...I will have no contact with the outside world...I will be trapped for days with my husband and movers and staying nights at his mothers !

How on earth will I survive without FB and my Beloved Farm that has somehow taken over housewives acrossed the world like some new form of drug free crack !

I hope everyone has a great week and weekend and I can't wait to catch up on the 35000000 blog posts that I will miss well I'm unplugged !

WTH ? !!!

I haven't done one of these in a few weeks,but I just seen this one and had to share . I have said it before and I'll say it again ....stuff like this makes me SICK ! It's bad enough when one person does something truly sick and disgusting but it's even worse when there are others involved !

I suffered at the hands of someone in my family too,for many years throughout my childhood until I got away from them when I was 15 . So when I read stuff like this not only does it make me sad for the kids and angry about their sick perverted attackers. I also know what those poor kids are going to go through for the rest of their lives.

I'm Thankful For My Husband...

who just happens to be a Veteran ...so I thought it fitting I say that before I go off on my tirade freak out !

I have had a craptastic day and it just keeps getting better and better ! I took the baby for her needles,no parking anywhere near the hospital . So I park acrossed the street at the far end of that parking lot,and have to walk through that one acrossed a busy street up 10000 steps carrying a baby in her car seat. Then it's down a hall on to the elevator and then down another hall turn right down another turn left and go all the way to the end of the hall!

I fill out their stupid forms like I do every time...nothing has changed but whatever! She is good and doesn't even make a peep for the first shot. The second one comes and she screams like a wild woman. I put screaming baby in her seat and carry said screaming baby for my 40 mile hike back to the car .

Get home see a bill in the door from getting our new counters...ok we will pay that soon before we move whatever. Get her settled.... get an email from the dh FREAKING out in it ...then I in turn FREAK out some more.

First off the idiot counter guy seeing I wasn't home when he dropped the bill off,thought maybe we already moved or something and took our bill down to the realtor office and said he wanted to be paid when we closed. That would be fine if we made that deal with him...however we did not and this jerk off gave our bill to strangers for them to read ....it had nothing to do with them and is none of their business !

Second part of the email was these beep beep beep buyers called wanting to come over and run through my house to measure stuff because they are buying new furniture. Well for one thing they asked this on Monday and we said no ,we will have our stuff all packed on the 18 and 19th and if they wanted to come when the house was empty and do it that was fine . Why do they think we are going to have a different answer today ? I think it's very rude to want to run through someone's home while they are still living there so you can plan on what stuff you are buying when they get out !

I have to buy a new fridge for the house we are buying ,and we wanted to buy a bedroom set since we haven't had one since we have been married ...but you don't see me running to that house dragging my husband kids and grandma all through it like they have already done once to me ....because it's rude and it won't kill me to wait until the house belongs to me and then I can measure whatever I want !

We ended up giving them way way more then we should of just because we hate it here and want to move so now because of it no bedroom set for me because we have no damn money after giving everything to them...the fridge we have to buy but anything else that I just would have liked to have nope I'm getting nothing !

So I'm upset and pissy and want to kick these people in the face....I get that they are first time buyers and are excited ...I was once too.... a long time ago but I still didn't want to run through the sellers house while they were there !

Anyways so I'm thankful I have my wonderful husband (Veteran) on this day and everyday to tell me no I'm not being crazy and that he agrees with me that this town is full of crazy nut jobs that have never lived anywhere else so they have no clue what goes on in the rest of the world and not everything they do here is the "NORM" like my realtor said to me a million times !

Ok I feel better...I'll shut up...sorry for the rant ....I'm stressed ! I want my mommy ...oh yeah that's right I don't have one of those !

The packers come the 18th and 19th so my computer will be gone from then until after we move and get things hooked back up ...not sure when it will be since then we are headed into the Thanksgiving weekend and people will be booked or closed or whatever . I hope once we get moved and settled in the new house I cheer up cause being a cranky bawling baby is not fun !

Try It Tuesday !

Here's a little thing I do to make life easier . If you have a baby put a folded up doggy pee pad in the swing or car seat if you are going to be driving for awhile ...that way if they soak through their diaper it won't soak the seat cover too ! Brody use to sleep in his swing once he turned a month or so old up until he was around 6 months and she is sleeping there now too. I use to be washing the seat cushion for it every morning when he got up ,so I grabbed one of those one day and have been using them ever since. I also used a couple of them on my bed the last couple months I was pregnant in case my water broke...it saves your mattress . They are the same as the ones they use in the hospital beds but cheaper !

4 Months Today !

The Little Miss is 4 months old today ! She is laughing more and for the last month has been amazed my her hand . She goes to the doctor in the morning for her checkup and Wednesday for her needles. Yay mommy can't wait for all the screaming to begin !

He was just a baby then ...now he's running around the house like a wild man,climbing on everything !

Try It Tuesday !

This is the Taco Dip that I make when you see me saying that's what I'm making . It's super easy ! I got it from a friend of mine and then I changed a couple things ... she always uses cheddar, I like the mixed bag of Colby and Monterey Jack better . Also for the last few times I have made it I threw in a can of corn ( make sure you drain it )and it's good like that ,but if you don't like corn or your kids don't just leave it out. I also just mix the cream cheese and sour cream right in the dish to save from dirtying another bowl but you can do it however you want.

I leave the cream cheese out of the fridge for a little while as I'm frying the ground beef to let it soften up . Take the cream cheese and put it in the bottom of the dish and I use a spoon of some sort to kind of chunk it up and then use the back of the spoon to kind of smooth it out and get it spread around . Then I dump in the sour cream ( I use the medium size tub ) and mix it all through the cream cheese really well ( it will save you from getting big lumps of cream cheese in your bites). This is the hardest thing about the whole recipe,so as you can see it's easy to make. I fry the ground beef and add the package of taco seasoning just like you do if you are making tacos. Make sure you drain all the grease off though so it's not making your dip all greasy and yucky. Once it's cooked and mixed with the seasoning then spread it out on top of the sour cream/cream cheese that is in the bottom of your pan. Then add your salsa as much or as little as you like and the hotness to suit your taste and corn if you like it and kinda mix the corn in the salsa if you add it in. Then cover the whole thing with the cheese and serve it just like that with whatever kind of chips you like !

I always scoop it out in a bowl and throw it in the microwave to heat it up ( if it's been in the fridge ) and it makes it easier if you have kids so then they each have their own bowl and don't fight as much. If you have kids that never fight (I have never seen any of those,but have been told by lots of mommies that they exist....because they are delusional about their kids or maybe drunk) then let them scoop it out of the same pan like my friend and her angel kids ! haha

Like I said we scoop it out into our own bowls because it just works for us better that way. We all tend to sit in different spots watching TV and then there is no fighting. I just cover the remainder with saran wrap and put it in the fridge it doesn't last very long in this house . Everyone here likes it. My friend can just eat it our of the fridge cold....that's just not for me.

Busy Here !

We got everything done and agreed on for this house and the one we are buying. The closings are set for the 30th ,however the weekend before that Monday is Thanksgiving ..so that means that the Friday before nothing is open and most people leave early on the Thursday. It just so happens when we bought this house it was the very same thing Thanksgiving weekend and it was such a pain, all the week before the different places that needed to do things were screwing around and offices were closed or this one left early or these people didn't have what they needed and the people they had to get it from had all left early ...blah blah blah!

When the people asked for the 30th we weren't even thinking about the long weekend screwing everything up,we were just so happy to have sold the house ! So we are trying to get things set to close on the 20th instead,so it's all done before the holiday. So that would mean the movers would be coming to get all my stuff on the 17 and 18th ...OMG ! We have to get everything done and soon ! The company doesn't pay overtime to movers anymore so most likely the movers wouldn't deliver my stuff until the following Monday instead of the Saturday after the Friday closing.

I think we will be stuck staying at his mother's from the Tuesday before until the next Monday....I will have no computer until sometime after that when it gets hooked up . I will have 500000000000 emails and all my stuff on FarmVille will be messed up !

Next week I take the baby for her 4 month check up and her needles...fun fun ! I'm going to see if maybe the kids can go stay at his (dh) dad's during the weekend of the move , we will have to go buy a new fridge and a couple other things for the new house and it's easier and faster if you aren't dragging kids . Plus on the closing day we do one here and then drive for an hour to the next one for the house we are buying. We need to change the mail and driver's licences and then make sure all the stuff gets hooked up there. The movers will drop off our stuff on that Monday and I hope the fridge can be delivered Monday too . Once we have the beds and a fridge and buy groceries then the kids can get dropped off.

Well at least that's how I'm planning things in my head ,but who really knows what is going to happen...I'm about to lose my mind I think. I just can't wait to be done and moved in so I can unpack and get settled and then start buying Christmas stuff because I didn't want to do it before and then not find it once we moved !

In other news ...Brody finally said Avery ...the boy still won't say Momma when I ask . He says it once in awhile when he's yelling in his crib but that's it ! He has no trouble at all yelling No Night Night when he goes to bed though !

So there is a little bit of the craziness that will be my life for the next couple weeks. What do you guys have going on between now and the end of the month ?
